The Quality and Environmental Policy is an integral and inseparable part of business policy of Ećo Company Ltd. Sarajevo, and it is based on constant improving of quality of business operations and environmental protection. All our activities are directed toward striving that buyers associate our name and brand of our products with quality and environmental protection, because only a satisfied customer can be a loyal customer that secures our future as the most important link in a chain.

Employees are one of the basic foundations of our existence and development. The Quality and Environmental Policy provides guidelines for conduct of all employees, while the company management is tasked with transferring provisions of this Policy to all associates and provide conditions for its implementation and improvement. Know-how, expertise and constant care about education of personnel enables us to produce innovative products and processes for the global market. We actively monitor the development of world-wide technologies, while constant investing into technological plants and monitoring and evaluating of suppliers continuously improves the quality of our products and the efficiency of manufacturing processes. We strive toward reducing of total costs of business operations and energy consumption through optimization of operational costs and improving of efficiency, which is a result of implementation of preventive measures and maximum avoiding of errors.

The quality management system, documented and harmonized with standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, enables more efficient development of the work process in all domains and creates conditions for constant improvements. We achieve increased competition and profitability by increasing the sale of quality and ecologically sound products. With a re-certification performed in 2014, Ećo Company became the first company in the region to acquire the Certificate for quality management system ISO 9001:2008 for the field of application in designing and manufacturing of panel and upholstered furniture. Also, re-certification was performed for the Certificate ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental management systems.
